What symptoms did you have?
Shortness of breath, nose plugged up, could not sleep through the night because of my shortness of breath. would wake up every few hours and use my asthma inhaler.

How did it affect your life?
Couldn't sleep, had to use asthma inhaler all the time. Had to stop working every few hours to use inhaler. could not be around my pets for long periods of time. Could not eat or drink any foods I wanted, a lot of foods and drinks would give me shortness of breath. When I went out to eat, I would always have to ask if there are nuts in the food, couldn't eat anything with nuts in it.

What positive changes since your allergy treatment?
Can sleep through the whole night without waking up. Can eat and drink anything I want with no bad effects. Do not use my asthma inhaler any more.

Would you recommend AAR and what would you say to others?
Yes, I would recommend AAR of AZ. If you have bad allergies that you want to eliminate then give AAR of AZ a try.
