How long have you had your allergies?
Since I was a child.

What symptoms did you have?
Sneezing, wheezing, itchy eyes and congestion.

How did it affect your life?
Seasonal allergies, windows closed and air conditioning on all the time. Golf and tennis tough especially when windy and grass was cut. Always making sure I had meds with me.

What positive changes since your allergy treatment?
No longer take meds (allegra and nasonex). Can play tennis and golf without worrying about allergies. Can sit out on patio instead of staying inside.

Would you recommend AAR and what would you say to others?
Absolutely, it is an easy, uncomplicated and fascinating way to get rid of allergies and enjoy all that life has to offer.
